Soft tan-red-brown paste; sherd, coarse sand temper; red-tan-orange slip; black outlined with white. Incurved rounded bowl with a thick black broken “onane” band painted below the interior rim that frames a bisected composition of opposing bold black hooked angles with double stepped angle fringe. Areas surrounding these elements are filled with fineline hatching and major decorative components are outlined with fine white banding. Rounded bowl with a slightly outcurved rim. The exterior is painted red while the interior has a Pinedale “stage four” decoration of opposing stepped and circular elements filled with checker motifs, and serrated and parallel lines.
